I loved the halis inn, a very welcoming Tuareg that the city and the desert... the rooms are clean and comfortable, the excellent cuisine, you will feel into safely with halis and his family. I recommend this 100%
Hotel very well maintained by a family of Tuareg. Good food. Clean and comfortable rooms and a warm welcome. Halis, the owner and his brother Almouzer are also excellent Saharan guides. They organise tours of Timbuktu and méharées until Taoudennit (salt mines) Araouane, village. Their perfect knowledge of the desert ensures a maximum comfort and security. I recommend this highly.
Excellent value for money. Hotel very well maintained. Halis, the owner of the Refuge of the Sahara is also an excellent guide and knows the desert and its pocket. As his brother Almouzer who case himself at your service to make you discover his hometown Timbuktu, the city of siena Araouane parents and salt mines Taoudennit.
