RAKEVET - PANORAMIC CABLE CAR

This cable car connects the seaside promenade Bat Galim to the Carmelite monastery Stella Maris, 300 m higher. At the lower station, located on the other side of Route No. 4 and the Af Al Pi Chen, which stands with other ships at the entrance to the Israeli Navy Museum, there is a restaurant where you can have lunch, while at the upper station, the San Fransisco Observatory offers a magnificent view of Haifa. During the journey, explanations in English are given about the city.
