YITZHAK RABIN BORDER TERMINAL (ARAVAT)

The Yitzhak Rabin Terminal, formerly known as Arava Terminal, has been open since 1994. The visa to Jordan can, in theory, be obtained directly at the border. It will cost you 40 JOD (about 50 EUR) for a single entry visa and 120 JOD (about 150 EUR) for multiple entries. Fees must be paid in local currency and visas are valid for two weeks, but an extension can be obtained at all police stations.
