In contrast to the potash plant and very short distance from Highway No. 90, this view also achieves an impressive 25-metre high metal structure called the Condition of Man. This monumental work was designed in 1990 by the Israeli sculptor Ezra Orion. It is based on 236 railway sleepers from Haifa railway depots.
