Hotel davvero poco accogliente. Le stanze sono fatiscenti e piene di mosquitos. Il personale sgradevole e incompetente. Se passate per Sokone andate altrove!!!

Pieno di zanzare. L'albergo era vuoto e abbiamo chiesto la stanza più carina, ce ne hanno data una con il ventilatore rotto, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e non l'hanno fatto poi ci siamo accorti che l'acqua calda non funzionava e finalmente loro malgrado ci hanno.spostati. il ragazzo che lavora alla reception non è assolutamente portato a rapportarsi con le persone. Non ci torneremo!!

Great disappointment. Will not return and would not recommend. The owner, Anne-Marie, responded to my concerns about bed bugs and further insect infestation in my room with laughter and disrespect. In front of me, she mentioned to someone else that that issue with my room was me and my psychological state. I've never been treated with such disrespect by a business owner. Not only did she diminish and make light of my concerns, but she made me out to be crazy and did almost nothing to address my concerns. She never apologized, nor did she give me a discount to soften the problems I experienced with insect infestation and unclean linens in my room.
