Historic land of Cabernet Sauvignon in Mexico and founded in 1597, the hacienda San Lorenzo extends over 450 hectares. The region of Parras had to have a museum dedicated to wine, finally welcomed within this hacienda which has been producing wine for four hundred years now and where some vines are centenarians. This museum traces the history of the vine in this part of the north of the country, and offers explanations on the current production. Tastings and visits to the vineyards.
