Restaurant situé près d'un hôtel. Une agréable surprise à Saltillo. De bons plats, cuisine française plutôt type méditerranéenne avec des plats accompagnés de légumes variés (aubergines, courgettes, tomates cuisinées...) ce qui est assez rare au Mexique pour être signalé.
