Church on Plaza del Carmen in the historic center of San Luis Potosi, with a baroque style facade, altar, chapel

In the heart of the historic centre, on the Plaza del Carmen, is a beautiful church built between 1749 and 1764. It has a magnificent baroque façade, with elements of churrigueresque style. Don't hesitate to enter it: its interior is just as majestic, especially the altar designed by Eduardo Tresgueras, behind which is the access to the small chapel dedicated to the Virgin. Not to be missed.
