PROCESIÓN DEL SILENCIO

The Procesión del Silencio is a religious ritual of long tradition in San Luis Potosí. Every holy Friday, the inhabitants of San Luis, with long dark dresses, replay scenes of the life of Christ. The procession normally starts at 20 p. m. on square Carmen. Another representation of the Passion of Christ also takes place in the Barrio barrio de San Juan de Guadalupe.
