It has been 100% Mexican fuel to run the shop for more than three decades now: the decoration from floor to ceiling, the products and the culinary techniques, everything is done here in respect of the national dogma. It looks like the famous Zacatecas restaurant Los Dorados de Villa, since it seems to have been inspired by it even in the presentation of its menu.
