On one of the wooden facades of this small rustic restaurant, a drawing with a slogan seems to say it all: " hospital para crudos ", in other words "hospital for those who have had too much to drink", and here they serve an excellent corn and pork pozole. Sitting at the counter of this local institution, it is very easy to mingle with the locals. The house serves mainly meat dishes such as pork or beef burritos, montados de barbacoa (stewed mutton), beef tongue, picadillo, etc.
