This is the restaurant of the Hotel Mesón del Marqués, in a beautiful patio with a fountain. The place is a stronghold of Yucatan gastronomy, and there is a tasting plate as a starter that will allow you to taste salbutes, panuchos, papadzules and other lomitos. The sikil pak, a preparation of pumpkin seeds to be spread, is also worth a taste. On a flat level, we will be honoured to serve you a well garnished queso relleno. To complete this menu, the chef also offers fish and red meat.

Très beau cadre
Restaurant dans l'hotel dans un grand patio colonial. Beaucoup de charmes. Une institution à Valladolid. Bonne nourriture et très bon cocktails

Vieille maison coloniale excellemment restaurée avec un patio qui donne sur la place principale de Valladolid avec son marché et sa cathédrale. Carte traditionnelle des plats de la région bien préparés. Le guacamole est préparé à table devant vous comme un steak tartare dans les brasseries françaises.

Bonne cuisine régionale, service efficace compte tenu de l'affluence dans ce restaurant réputé de la ville. Le cadre est rafraichissant après une promenade dans la ville.
