This pleasant family restaurant, directed by a passionate chef, offers authentic Mayan cuisine, prepared with contemporary means and products from local producers: manioc, river snails, forest plants and vegetables, etc. The menu includes duck, wild boar and rabbit, but one of the most emblematic dishes is the quail in cocoa sauce, covered with ants.
