Formerly known as Humanitas, the festival had the task of discovering the artistic expressions of a guest country and a Mexican state. Since 2011, the modality of the festival has changed to focus now on a particular cultural theme (in 2011, it was the African heritage; in 2013, youth and art). But the activities in the programme basically remain the same: concerts, exhibitions, screenings of films, courses, book presentations… The festival normally takes place during the second week of May.

J'ai participé à l'édition 2015 de ce festival et c'est plutôt interessant pour y découvrir les coutûmes et traditions locales. On pourra déguster gratuitement des spécialités de la région, assister à des concerts gratuit ou encore profiter des sculptures installés dans les rue pour l'occasion.
