This experience alone is reason enough to visit Oaxaca. Built around a wood-fired clay oven, in a hodgepodge of clay pottery and colorful ingredients, the dark restaurant immerses its guests in a bewitching and electrifying atmosphere. Accompanied by her team, the chef Elena concocts real gustatory wonders before your eyes while explaining her approach. The authentic flavors follow one another: corn cobs, squash flowers, nopals, pumpkins and native plants. A pure delight.
