A traditional grandmother's recipe , executed by grandchildren for a well-polished cuisine with an exemplary presentation: the stage is set. Because Celia Florian transmits here her passion and knowledge of the real Oaxacan cuisine, the one of the villages and the families in celebration: triologia de moles, chiles de agua, coloradito, tasajo and some small deviations of conduct which smell good the Pacific coast. The kind of place not to be missed when you want to know more about the (good) cuisine of the region; to be enjoyed in the dining room or in a pretty green patio.
