It is a unique place, since all the employees know by heart the many types of coffee they serve, and will be happy to guide you to your choice by making you smell, touch and taste the beans to know the deep flavor. The project comes from students who did their civic service in the Sierra de Puebla. From there, the idea was born to value the local production of coffee (Oaxaca, Chiapas, Veracruz, Guerrero) to distribute it in the country. An excellent idea, and the coffee, naturally, is divine.
