The Hospital Español is a hospital located in Mexico City. Founded in 1842 by the Sociedad de Beneficencia Española, its mission is to assist and care for Spaniards in need. Initially, the hospital had no building of its own and had to use other facilities in the capital. It wasn't until 1877 that they were able to acquire an old house and establish their first hospital, called "Casa de Salud Asilo Español". Over the years, the hospital continued to grow, acquiring land and neighboring buildings to meet the growing needs of the Spanish community. Today, the Hospital Español Group has seven hospitals in different Mexican cities. The hospital offers a full range of medical services, and holds certifications and accreditations to guarantee the quality of its care.
