In 2007, Chef Takeya Matsumoto opened his own restaurant in Mexico City, after working for several years as a chef in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. His dishes include stews, kebabs of all kinds, robatas (Japanese grills) and a myriad of other Japanese specialties. It has possibly the best sushi in town. On colder days, you can enjoy comforting ramen and udon noodles. The best soup is made in old pots.
