The Casa de Francia, a beautiful and old farmhouse set in a garden, is set in the middle of the more modern towers, each one growing like mushrooms in this part of the city. Given the real estate speculation in the area, it is a little bit like this small village that still resists the invader... but until when? It is above all a very beautiful and complete library in French language. In close collaboration with the French Institute of Latin America (Ifal), it also organizes all kinds of cultural and artistic events.
