MERCADO DE ARTESANÍAS COYOACÁN

If you can't get enough of markets, stop by this one, which is roughly the equivalent of the Ciudadela for this southern part of the city. On two floors, you can find handicrafts from all over Mexico: dishes, baskets, or, a little less typical, tote bags and figurines bearing the effigy of Frida Kahlo (the Casa Azul is a few blocks away). As always, it is a pleasure to wander through this joyful bazaar of a thousand and one colours.
