Trinidad was part of the Moxos missions which, unlike those of Chiquitos, did not survive the passage of time, the plundering and the advance of modern civilization. From La Santísima Trinidad, you can organize trips to the rainforest. The city itself is nice and located half an hour from Chuchini, which allows a quick and very accessible overview of the Bolivian Amazon.
