This beautiful and well-preserved traditional adobe house is just to the right of the cathedral. It is full of antiques inside, which gives it a certain cachet (it looks like a museum). Local cuisine, made exclusively with organic products and low-calorie. You can have lunch inside or in the flowery patio. The restaurant is named after Eustaquio "Moto" Mendez, a military man who helped liberate Tarija from the Spanish yoke. A local, cultural and pleasant stop.
