A very small restaurant popular with the locals that serves only lamb dishes: tostada, cola, brazuelo, costillar... All parts of the animal are honoured. The dishes are accompanied by potatoes and chuño (potatoes dehydrated according to specific Andean techniques). Let yourself be guided by the owner of the place who will be happy to advise you. The place is typical and looks like a canteen. Many workers of the city come to eat there during their lunch break.
