TRATTORIA SAPORI D'ITALIA

This tiny stone restaurant, located below the Las Olas hotel, offers some delicious Italian specialties (gnocchi, tagliatelle, individual pizzas and even polenta) served by a lovely family. It's fresh, very good but not very hearty. Everything is homemade, so it's best to come early. Four or five wooden tables only in the room. Nice musical atmosphere for a dinner for two with a good red wine from the Tarija region.
