The restaurant of the Rosario Hotel is the reference restaurant in the city. A quality cuisine in the most chic setting of Copacabana. Trout of course, llama meat with red wine, revisited national dishes, and some western recipes... The menu varies according to the availability of fresh products. The dishes are prepared to order, which sometimes takes a little time, but the service is professional, and the atmosphere of the place pleasant. Also a nice Bolivian wine list (about thirty references).
