The more time passes, the more this place seems to settle into eternity. Same regulars, same decor, and the lingering shadows of people who, like Klaus Barbie, haunted the café... All the things that make it a unique place. The clientele is mainly male. People come to Club La Paz for the cappuccino, the cortadito (coffee and hazelnut) and the pastries, as well as for the sinister atmosphere where the end of the Second World War seems to drag on.
