C'est le meilleur point de vue de la Paz, on peur y aller en collectivo (minibus localb à 1,50Bs) car ça grimpe dur, une fois là haut c'est gratuit une vue 360° sur le tout La Paz et ses collines et constructions démentielles. Il y a un peu d'artisanat à vendre et des restaurants pas cher sur place
