In the heart of the country of Gentian, Jean-François Pécoul and his father promise to spoil you and welcome you most warmly in the world. On the map: liver, semi-baked fat or frying pan, salad salad for crayfish queues flambées in green pastis, duck magret or beef fillet, burnt cream explosion in the triple or enriched fruit of season… Jean-François and his father reserve the right to modify the card according to the arrivals and seasons because at home everything is fresh. At the moment it is the snail and the ris calf. The son is éleveur cows, so I let you guess the quality of the meat: melt and goûteuse to wish!
If you go through the summer, you will be entitled in addition to musical or gastronomic evenings. You will be very eager to come back!Advertising
