At Monique and Christophe Bleesz, the vines grow on a treasure: the Steige schists. This rare terroir gives the grapes a singular minerality, found in their Riesling Schiefersberg 2023, with its aromas of flowers and white peaches. Over 12 hectares, the couple craft wines of character... and share their passion with generosity. Cellar visits, guided walks in the vineyards, Whitsun picnics or Christmas at the Winegrower's: here, we cultivate conviviality as much as the grape. And always with a smile... and a glass in hand!
