LA RIVIÈRA DU BOCAGE

This recently opened restaurant brings the Bocage area of Sainte-Suzanne to life, with its feet almost in the water in front of the rushes. The chef offers a mix of metro-Creole cuisine that changes daily: leg of lamb with thyme juice, fisherman's stew, flambéed chestnuts, upside-down bowl, duck breast with pineapple sauce or king prawn tail with garlic butter and lemon sauce. The products are fresh and varied: an address not to be missed! It's also an ideal place to stop for lunch in a soothing setting on your way out of the East.
