Restaurant offering a fusion cuisine of local and "world" products in Saint-Leu.
Entirely renovated in 2020, the exotic decor invites you to travel: a thatched vetiver thatched roof outside, Cilaos stones, a cosy Balinese style inside, and a terrace overlooking the ocean from the top of its stilts. Lulled by the sound of the waves and the surf, it is the ideal spot for an intimate dinner, the charm working from sunset. On the gastronomy side, the Sarah Beach offers a fusion of local and world products, reflecting the rich experience of its chef. The varied choice of fish, meat and vegetables changes with the seasons.

Un superbe cadre (pensez à demander une table en terrasse au plus près de l'océan :)), et une très bonne table. Parking pour les voitures.

Un cadre paradisiaque pour un repas en amoureux - tout a été parfait du cocktail au dessert. le poisson très frais cuit à la pierrade au pied de l'océan indien.

Je trouve aussi que bien que la décoration soit sympathique on ne trouve pas une ambiance feutrée qui ne colle pas au cadre.
