Since 2002, the pizzaiolo has been delighting his customers with his traditional wood-fired pizzas. In 2014, he even finished runner-up in the French pizza championship. His menu includes Italian-inspired recipes such as the Margarita made with DOP san marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, basil and olive oil, as well as mixed pizzas with key local ingredients such as sarcive, smoked sausage or piton Maïdo.
