In a beautiful architect's house, a few minutes from the main street of the Etang-Salé-les-Hauts, an independent apartment of 32 m ² for 2 people, with its terrace and a fairly spacious private garden. It is quiet, easily accessible and comfortably equipped: Equipped kitchen, Italian shower, TV, air conditioning, wifi and elegant and tasteful decoration. Your host will welcome you for the aperitif and allow access to the pleasant pool lined with grates, which is more undeniable. Finally, an additional room is offered on the floor, in the extension of the apartment only. If it does not have a kitchen, it offers a comfort worthy of a hotel and a lovely terrace with sea view. Parking, mountain bike loan. Good value for money.
