Duck is THE specialty of this restaurant. But not just any duck! Here, the star is the fattened duck, a breed imported from the South-West, raised by local producers and worked on site by a craftsman with 30 years of experience. A la carte, duck tournedos filled with foie gras, duck parmentier with porcini mushrooms, duck with Cilaos lentils... Other gourmet dishes, especially from the South-West: home-made cassoulet, frogs' legs béarnaise style, flambéed prawns... Authentic local cuisine. But you have to pay for quality... the bill is a big one!
