Friendly restaurant with a warm atmosphere offering hearty dishes in Cilaos.
At the end of the main street, in the square below the church, there's a pleasant restaurant serving Creole cuisine, but it's often full. The wait can be long. The menu features specialities with Cilaos lentils. The atmosphere is warm and the dishes hearty. Upstairs, you can rent rooms, some of which have been renovated, as well as an entire apartment with kitchen. The restaurant also offers electrically-assisted rosalies for hire, so you can visit downtown Cilaos. An original and ecological experience.

Nous avons failli repartir sans être servis après 45 minutes d'attente avant qu'on prenne la commande et 30minutes de plus pour être servis. C'était bon mais on n'était plus dans des dispositions pour en profiter ! A la table voisine, ils ont fait remarquer que c'était long : ils se sont fait "pourrir".

Un pur régal !!! je recommande saucisse /lentilles pour 13 E , assiettes copieuses étudiées pour rassasier les randonneurs . Le personnel est accueillant et dynamique .

Very warm welcome. Very good value for money. Lentils from Cilaos: dishes cooked with the lentil well-stocked and tasty. With not missing steak with Chinese: I love. Varied dining menus: you are sure to find our dishes from one year to another and quality also. The restaurant also offers a daily special: with an afternoon tea with duck curry: excellent!
