The restaurant at Le Cilaos overlooks the cirque and the Piton des Neiges. The menu features original Creole and metro cuisine. Starters include braised Takamaka crottin or creamy Cilaos lentils with truffle oil. The à la carte menu offers a wide choice of meats and fish, with some original inspirations from local cuisine: duck breast, beef bourguignon, rooster stew with red wine from... Cilaos of course. A fine wine list too. Professional, efficient service.
