If your dream holiday is to stay in the water... do not look any further and call Alain de Gregorio immediately, the owner. It is a studio and two F 1 apartments for weekly rentals. It is like being on a boat. The terrace overlooks the sea. Everything is designed in wood, and the amenities are of good quality. Enjoy the show from the fishermen and the seas foam on the nearby beach. The studio is ideal for a couple. It consists of a main room arranged in two parts: a lounge corner and bedroom. On the terrace, suspended above the sea, is the dining area: kitchen (fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric BBQ), table and chairs. Excellent value for money.

Six weeks magic in February March 2016… Studio tastefully decorated. Terrace overlooking sea exceptional views. Owner very attentive and very available. The small more unexpected if you place a small trough (in green Gamm Lamentin) you will have the joy of lunch accompanied by hummingbirds (eau+1/3 cane syrup to renew daily because otherwise nectar turns to the sun). Guaranteed wonderful moments! ! !

We reserved in January 2016 and was very well. The T1 is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The sea is at the foot of the apartment, and we loved the sound of the waves to sleep us. Side mosquito, certainly there was but the mosquito net protected us. Our guest warmly welcomed us and if we had been able extended our stay at Alain we would have done, but everything is full. We hope to be able to return next once.

We had reserved a week in F1, thinking of enjoying a nice apartment with a beautiful sea view. We fell at the end of two nights, because of mosquitoes and midges that invaded accommodation day and night. Despite the always extinct lights, the anti-mosquito sprays, and fly sprays, it was not possible to cook, go to the small or to sleep without being made badger and pine by mosquitoes. At the end of two days, I added up 150 bites on the body, but the owner told us that it was normal...
In addition to the problems of the apartments (the studio is very noisy with the sound of the waves, F1 does not have practically the sea but not perched on the high chairs and the T1 is watered by the noise of the Road), these accommodations are built on a rocky flan which must present natural swimming pools allowing mosquitoes to reproduce, because we have as much at all of it when we F1 fled to change rental.
Other opinions look more good, can we fell at the bad weather (some rains the six days our arrival?) in any case, this accommodation spoiled us well part of holidays. And do not tell you, we left not bad feathers because the owner practically did not want wanting to know. To see if you want to try your luck.
