In Creve Coeur, on the road to Cap Chevalier, Simone has been known for over 20 years as one of the great priestesses of ice cream! Her specialty: sorbets and ice creams with fruits and 100% péyi medicinal plants. The flavors are surprising: shell ginger flowers, mango ginger, moringa leaves… Her latest discovery is a sorbet made from “bodlanmé” grapes that she picks herself. The ice creams can be eaten on the spot or to take away.
