This semi-gastronomic address serves contemporary cuisine sublimating Martinique's terroir against a backdrop of turquoise seas.
New for this season: the former Paille Coco has made the switch to semi-gastronomic cuisine, becoming "M" for Martinique, Mer and, of course, Monsieur Martin, who has been the manager of this emblematic establishment for 13 years. Under the leadership of new chef Kevin Julians, the restaurant has been completely redesigned, as has the menu. It features contemporary cuisine that revisits traditional dishes from Martinique: candied octopus tentacles, homemade foie gras with peyi spices, fresh lambi souskaï. Attractive cocktail menu.
