La Vague welcomes you a few steps away from the covered market, with its pleasant terrace facing the sea. The terrace is one of the most pleasant of the area to admire the Saint-Pierre roadstead, dominated by mount Pelée. Here is served traditional, simple and unpretentious, but tasty Creole cuisine: chicken colombo, cod accras, grilled fish, fricassee of catrou and crayfish, banana sorbet and coconut flan, without forgetting the banana flambé for dessert. An ideal place to relax before or after visiting Saint-Pierre.
