Vaisseau in Saint-Pierre offering Provençal-style gastronomy at a good value for money.
The Tamaya has risen from the waves thanks to Peggy and Jean-Luc, the captains of this ship that sank during the eruption of Mount Pelee in 1902. Embark on an extraordinary journey in the great open sea of gastronomy: kingfish steak with lemon sauce, ouassous flambéed with old rum, frog legs Provençal style and andouillette de Troyes with mustard sauce. Not to mention Jean-Luc's unmissable profiteroles and their homemade whipped cream. Friendly and welcoming multilingual hosts, not to mention the great value for money.
