Located in the old town centre of Murat, a stone's throw from the Notre-Dame church, the address is easy to find. Once you've stepped through the door, the welcome and the setting are warm. The cuisine, both traditional and regional, is excellent and allows you to appreciate the house speciality at its best: truffade, a traditional and authentic Cantal recipe, which also includes pounti, coq au vin and tripoux.
