Organic certified since March 2019! This former agro-ecological farm of Cols Verts is now cultivated by Pierre-Gilles Iman, a former computer scientist who has converted to organic farming. This passionate market gardener, who delivers most of his production to the Ta Nou solidarity structure, applies the principles of agro-ecology (respect for nature's cycles, crop association) as well as traditional techniques with planks, pits or natural mulching.
