100% family restaurant in Morne-Rouge offering a menu of specialties based on fresh products.
Line and Léo, the happy heirs of this 100% family restaurant, have extended, rejuvenated and renovated the small wooden Creole case hut that originally existed.
The specialties based on fresh products are displayed on the menu: “le canari de mamie” (grandma's canari), a fricassee of lobsters, crayfish and crabs with a Creole sauce, presented in a canari (an earthenware pot), the famous "Poulet Coco” (chicken) and the “souris d'agneau au colombo Péléen” (lamb shank with Pelée sauce). Finish with the excellent bananas flambéed with old rum or the coconut flan. We appreciate the kindness of Line and Leo.
