Nice residence with an exceptional view which has apartments with terrace.

This pleasant residence, 300 meters from the marina, is very practical for yachtsmen. In addition to the exceptional view, the marina is within walking distance. The residence comprises 17 apartments with terraces, ranging from studios to F2s. Each apartment is tastefully furnished. Well-equipped (TV, telephone, air-conditioned bedroom, fitted kitchen, bathroom), they all have a view over Le Marin bay and the marina. The residence also boasts a natural stone swimming pool and a carbet for barbecues.
