The "Marshes and the village of Kaw" tour includes a visit to the village, a trip up the marshes and an encounter with the caimans... " Red Ibis and Caimans " includes a trip down the river and wildlife observation. The " 24-hour immersion in the heart of the marshes" combines one of the first two tours with a night in a carbet and piranha fishing, while "Kaw and its mountain " condenses into 3 days hiking, Wapou creek, Fourgassié waterfalls and an introduction to traditional gold panning.

Jacques Riché, spécialiste des caïmans depuis 1978 comme il aime à se présenter sur son site internet, ne nous a pas fait l'honneur de nous faire partager sa passion mais a simplement encaissé le montant de la prestation. Nous avons été accompagnés par un jeune homme au demeurant charmant mais inaudible et peu bavard, ce qui pour un guide est au minimum gênant. Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon moment car sur l'eau, en pirogue dans un site naturel remarquable avec apéro dans un carbet et à la découverte des caïmans.Sans oublier le village de kaw où nous avons été accueilli par le guide du musée, lui, très professionnel.

merci Jacques pour cette experience pleine de rêve où tous nos sens étaient sollicités...la nuit au carbet dans les marais ...magique !!!! en plus nous avons eu la chance de voir plusieurs caïmans,un à lunettes,l'autre à front lisse,et le lendemain matin nous avons eu la visite en face du carbet d'un grand caïman noir...et cette odeur végétale et envoutante des marais...vraiment c'est une expérience exceptionnelle,à refaire !!!

A great adventure, rather varied. After the installation in the canoe we were given an explanation about the environment and then we went to a village that we went around and where there is a small, practical museum to go to the bathroom! Have seen our first buffalo before going back to the water by observing wildlife and flora (mostly birds). In the evening, picnic on a carbet (no toilets, you must anticipate the beginning of the journey, the museum!). Then at night it's gone for the Cayman Hunt. They're small (since they catch them by hand it's better!) but it's nice anyway. A good experience and a pleasant man who knows his profession well.

A beautiful immersion in nature. The road leading to the degrad of Kaw is in good condition, the scenery is with go. After the punch of 19:00, the research of the caimans is very pleasant and with a little luck, the guide will catch some!!!!!

Spending my holidays Guiana, you had strongly recommended to me
" RICH AND KAW" to visit the marshes KAW and I must acknowledged that I am not at all disappointing my choice!
Indeed, the visit it passed it really well was friendly, fun and explanations of the guide were very rich and exciting!
I had yourself on board, and this experience was truly superb!
Then everything to make the marshes of KAW I strongly recommend you " RICH AND KAW" !
