Although the Practice Golf de Matoury only has a 9-hole course (an 18-hole course can be found at Golf de l'Anse, in Kourou), it is nevertheless an excellent training ground for beginners. With its excellent facilities, this pretty driving range is managed by a dynamic and enthusiastic team who will adapt to your level and expectations, offering advice and tips.

The Fitness Plaza concept consists of 2 complexes in Matoury and Cayenne. In each of the gyms, you'll find excellent sports equipment, a choice of 25 coached classes and over 50 self-service video classes, and trained, competent coaches. To help you get started in the right direction, we offer a fitness assessment on arrival. Several areas are available, including weights, cardio and sauna. And for those who don't want to work out on their own, group classes are offered regularly, as well as personalized coaching.
