A very good address serving Guyanese cuisine and seafood delicacies.

Le Fish Style is an address that smells of Guianese cuisine and the delights of the sea in a wonderful setting! On the à la carte menu, you're sure to fall for the fish brochettes, or perhaps the succulent Guyana shrimp fritters (one of the house specialties), or the famous Sharky Burger, another local institution. All accompanied by irresistible homemade sweet potato, breadfruit and manioc fries, as well as freshly squeezed juices to sip in this Caribbean straw hut setting. A very good address to (re)discover!

Une adresse incroyable
Le quartier a mauvaise réputation, certes, mais le restaurant Fish Style est tellement fantastique qu'il vaut le détour. J'y vais régulièrement et l'accueil est toujours chaleureux. C'est dans ce cadre authentique et atypique que sont servis des brochettes de poisson originales (loubine, requin, thazard ... ) parfaitement assaisonnées. Tous les produits sont frais et locaux. Je ne loupe jamais l'occasion de boire un jus naturel local. Je recommande aussi l'assortiment de frites du pays "la danse des frites". Enfin, le personnel est agréable et attentionné. Petit plus : un jeu de l'oie spécial Guyane vous sera proposé.
Enfin, notez que l'établissement est sensible à l'environnement ... Bref, je recommande !
