Double rooms and carbets, one of which sleeps 20.

The Mawina Chouti offers 9 somewhat cramped but clean double rooms, a large 20-seater carbet and three 6-seater carbets, all on the riverbank. The Mawina also serves as a restaurant (game by reservation) and is sometimes transformed into an evening venue for Apatou locals, especially on match nights! At low tide, there's a small sandy beach for swimming. Harold, the adorable manager, also offers pirogue rides. Take it easy on the track leading to the carbet, especially if you have a small vehicle.

Excellent raport qualité prix,le patron est super sympa,et malgré notre arrivée en milieu dapm,il a fait le maximum pour nous servir un super déjeuner.
En période de fin d'année l'ambiance était familial et festive.

Rustic but very well fitted out for people who like the real nature and people; The owner is a wonderful type which is at the disposal of its guests. I recommend it not miss his hotel in constant evolution.

Very good address, Harold is very pleasant. Night in hammock in pretty little a carbet with views of the Maroni. Public shower and toilet. Generous breakfast. Would simply need to be a better maintained.
